Reel to Reel Audio Transfer

• Capture of Audio Content and
• Conversion to new audio formats (cd, wav, mp3, aiff, etc.)
• Minimum price is $45 per audio reel, or the conversion is priced at $0.66 per finished minute per reel, whichever total is higher
• Safe estimate - expect average charge of $50 to $75 per reel
• Chart shown below, providing an estimate of how many minutes and approximate cost can be, based upon recording speed, assuming the audio tape is completely full.  
• We save all customer jobs for 90 days in our storage network for protection against loss, or need for extra copies, or need for further editing.

The chart below gives an estimate for the maximum possible minutes playing time for each diameter of audio reel.  Audio tapes can have up to four (4) tracks of audio content.  The number of finished minutes depends upon the original recording speed and the number of audio tracks.  Without knowing the original recording speed and number of tracks, we are only able to provide a range in retail costs.
