Video Slide Shows made from photos, 35mm slides and short videos are custom made for Graduations, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Memorials or any special event.
Service description: Cintrex AV receives your content, via the Web or via prepaid UPS shipment. We scan any physical photos and slides that need to be digitized or import digital content off SD cards, then follow your instructions, and produce a professional, wide-screen, video presentation to show at your event. The finished video can include your photo and 35mm slide images, short video clips, background music of your choice, and onscreen title(s). The sequence and arrangment of images, video clips and background music are done per your instruction. We return the finished video to you as a DVD (or Blu-ray Disc) and as an MP4 movie file. Use either format to show at your special event, and share or post the MP4 file for friends and family. The playable DVD or Blu-ray Disc have an opening menu, and custom wording for the disc surface and case sleeve insert.
Pricing: Our minimum order is $80, for the first 100 images. Each additional image is $0.80 each. Quantity discounts begin at 200 photos or more.
How it works:
1. Place your order.
2. Send us your content and accompanying instructions via UPS or the Web. After order placement, you receive a link to a prepaid UPS link for inbound shipment of any photos or slides. Email us the links to your digitized files coming from the Web to order-entry@cintrexav.com. Make sure your email message references the new order number, so we can correctly associate your content with your order.
3. When we receive your content and instructions, we will email or call you to discusss your project, going over the title, order sequence for photos and songs, and other items. Our goal is have complete understanding of your intended scope of work. In your instructions to us, or on our phone call, please provide the following details:
- Determine what the opening onscreen title should be
for your video slideshow, and what to label the DVD and Blu-ray Disc surface.
- Select first photo.
- Determine photo sequence, is it random or
chronological or some other sort method?
- Determine order of the background music. If the music is tied to a collection of
photos, then be sure to specify what songs go with which collection of photos.
- Is an endless loop acceptable for the DVD & Blu-ray Disc, meaning it
restarts at the end?
4. Based upon our discussion and your instructions, we prepare an MP4 movie file as the initial draft, and send it to you via the Web for you to first review and approve.
5. We make changes if needed, and share the draft MP4 again with you for final approval.
6. Once all is approved, we create a final MP4 file returned via the Web, and a DVD (or Blu-ray Disc) returned via UPS. The link to the MP4 stays active for 90 days. We keep copies of the DVD and Blu-ray images in our storage network for 90 days, as well.
7. Turnaround averages 10 business days, but can be shorter if needed. If needed in a 48 hour turnaround, we can do that, but charge extra. If needed quickly, we can have the MP4 file back to you within 48 hours after receiving your files or photos or 35mm slides.
8. We charge your credit card on file when the draft MP4 is sent back to you via the Web.
9. If you job has a larger scope than what is detailed on this page, we will agree upon a price first, before starting your order.

Extra cost items - Conversion of analog media, such as video tapes or 8mm movie film, is available for an extra cost.
All customer jobs are saved for 90 days in our storage network for further editing, extra copies of discs, and protection against loss.
