How to use our Online Store
Welcome to the Cintrex AV online store. Here, you can place orders for our service products for media conversion, reformatting, and archiving services for 8mm & 16mm film, all types of video tapes and audio recordings,
35mm slides, photos, cellphones, camcorders, SD cards, and more.
Below is a quick review of how to find and select a service product, followed next by explanations of the main components in our online store. This store is for you. We are open to suggestions on how to improve your shopping experience. Thank you for your interest in our services.
How it Works - Selecting a Product, Making a Purchase
-
Find a Product: From the StoreFront main page, click on a product icon to enter
the category pages and review the individual service products, their summaries, customer reviews, and pricing. You can enter the quantity of items to convert for a price estimate, without having to make any purchase.
-
Make a Purchase: Choose formats (original and new), select options, and enter the requested quantities. Click Add To Cart to place your selected items into the Shopping Cart. Look at the
shopping cart in the right side bar for selected products and dollar totals. Click on the Trashcan icon to remove items. Click on the Checkout button to submit your order. If not already selected, optional product add-ons will appear in a pop-up box after clicking the check-out button. Add the options by clicking on the appropriate icon, or close the pop-up box.
-
Registration & Billing information & Coupons: If new to our site, please register your account, providing the required
necessary information. Verify your bill-to and ship-to addresses. If you have a coupon for additional discounts, click Enter Coupon to enter the coupon code in order to take advantage of current specials.
Payment with Credit Card: Important - Unless payment terms have already been agreed upon, we ask for payment with credit card or personal/company check when the job is finished and ready to ship out. No payment upfront, because each job is custom, and many times there is either more or less amount of work to do than what was ordered in our system. If less work, we reduce the dollar amount to be charged to your credit card; if more work, we email you with the new overall job cost, and gain your approval, before completing the job and then charging your card.
-
Comments Box: Enter all necessary information about the specifics of the work that you want done on your content, so that the
finished, edited product, is completed to your satisfaction. We will complete your order correctly, and do it right the first time, if all
necessary information is supplied upfront.
-
Submit Your Order & Confirmation & UPS Shipping Label: Receive back a confirmation page, along with instruction to print off a UPS shipping label for sending your package of contents into our lab. The UPS shipping label will have your origination address and our lab's destination address. Shipping is free, both ways, on orders of $100 or more in retail value. Shipping and Handling is $10 for orders valued between $50 and $100; and Shipping and Handling is $25 for orders less than $50 in value.
- Status Updates & Order Return: Average turnaround on 95% of orders is two (2) weeks, from the date we receive your order
into our lab, to the date it returns to your door. We will update status of your order(s) on this website, and email you when we have
questions about your particular order. You are always welcome to call us on 800-325-9541 or write us at websales@cintrexav.com.
