Cintrex AV provides free shipping, both ways, on orders valued over $100. UPS shipping labels are created with your order and available for printing and attachment to your package. Orders valued at less than $50 are charged a $25 shipping & handling fee, and orders greater than $50, but less than $100, are charged a $10 shipping fee.
The free UPS shipping labels containing your origination address and our lab destination address are available only for USA customers
International customers should email us for shipping instructions.
Once your order is completed, we return your original contents and new digital formats (DVD, Blu-ray Disc, Flash Drives, and external hard-drive) via UPS, and via USPS on orders outbound to Hawaii and Alaska.
We can also provide download of your finished digital movie file formats via the Web. This is also a no-cost option.
