Hi.  To receive a prepaid UPS shipping label for your inbound package(s) to Cintrex AV, please email us at websales@cintrexav.com with the dimensions of your package and its weight.   Do this for each package you plan to ship to us, and we will email you back the requested UPS shipping label(s).  Also, please place significant amounts of packing materials inside the box to protect your shipment, and make sure to properly tape the box securely so that the package survives its transit through the UPS shipping system.  Thank you.
