Placing an Order & Shipping into Cintrex AV

Your order: The order serves as the starting point in our processes. We accept your own purchase order paperwork, or the unbranded Triplicate Order Forms we make available for your customers to sign, or a PDF order form from this website, or an online order placed here. We accept hand written notes inside the bag containing the customers' physical media. We are flexible to working with you.
Details: The more detail and the more specific your instructions, the better we will be at doing a great job for you and your customers.
Expectations: Many times what you order will not exactly match what is on the final invoice from Cintrex because of the inconsistencies in how much media is asked to be transferred or edited, compared to what is actually done. It may be the case that not all film or video tapes can be transferred; or you may have sent in more slides than you estimated. When we receive your physical order, we inventory its contents, and match these to the order's paperwork. If there are major discrepancies, we will contact you first before proceeding to work your order.
- Online order entry: From this website you can place your order and see your expected wholesale price. For online orders, please fill out comments' or
instruction fields as requested. Make sure to include a copy of your online order's paperwork
in the package being sent into Cintrex. We need to be able to confirm
that all items made it into Cintrex, and we need to know what to do with
your customers' orders. The online order is assigned an order number
immediately, and you can refer to this order order when making an
inquiry of Cintrex. One more thing - you do not need a credit card to place your online order. Registered Resellers are set up to be invoiced at time of order completion.
Changes to your order: Call us on 800-325-9541 if you need to change your order after it has been sent in or ordered online. We are happy to accommodate your requested changes.
Quotes: If you need a special quote for a customer situation, we are happy to help you win the deal. Contact us and discuss the situation and we will work with you to provide a one-off arrangement.
Average turnaround: 95% of the time the order turnaround is two (2) to three (3) weeks, from the day we receive the order to the day you receive it back. If you need it sooner, let us know ahead of time, so that we can accommodate your requests as best as possible. Big orders, such as converting 50 video tapes, or 10,000 film feet, or 2,000 35mm slides, will take longer than 2 weeks for turnaround. We will work to accommodate your expectations as needed. Big orders are good problems to have.

Logos needed: Send a high quality branded logo for your company if you are wanting this brand placed on the finished products that we make for you. This includes your logo brand on the discs, case sleeves, or open intro's within the videos.
Shipping into Cintrex
All return shipping is included in our wholesale
prices. You are welcome to use your own
shipping service when you send orders into Cintrex. For your convenience we provide UPS prepaid shipping labels that be created with our UPS Label Maker, located at the top (under INFO) and bottom of this website, as well as, it appears at the end of the online order entry process. You are welcome to use the UPS label maker application even if you do NOT place your orders via our online store. Inbound shipping is
free if the inbound package containing your order(s) has an aggregate wholesale value of
at least $100. If not, then a $15
shipping fee is added to one order inside your box.
