- We receive into our lab your orders' paperwork and contents via 1) UPS, USPS, or other mailed delivery, or 2) online order entry and digital content upload.
- We follow a series of practiced processes in our lab to produce consistent results for finished products, ....including reading instructions, inventory of received items, preparation (cleaning & repair), ingestion, digitization, reformatting, editing, production to final format, quality control review, and return shipment.
- We provide final service products as ordered to meet expectations, and warranty our products to our resellers and their customers. We assume we made the mistake, if ever one occurs, and work to satisfy you and your customer.
- We are flexible to meeting customer needs, and offer options for service product add-ons and tailored services as needed.

- A finished service product - DVD, or Blu-ray Disc, or external hard-drive or flash drive, or a link to finished online content - containing edited formatted digital content - built to your instructions and specification. The finished product may be given to your customer, or enhanced by your own local service department with additional branding attributes.
- Customized disc surfaces, case sleeves, and disc menus to promote your brand
- 90 days free back-up of finished products, to protect against loss, for extra copies, and further edits
- Return of all original items and any notes sent in with your original order
- After-sale support answering customer questions, or helping with follow-up orders

- Place order with Cintrex AV via our triplicate order form, or via online Santrio portal, or via your own paperwork. Be thorough and be specific on customer expectations.
- Print off a free UPS shipping label via this website and attach to your package of contents being shipped to our lab (shipping insurance is available)
- Securely wrap your package, and take it to the nearest UPS store or UPS shipping agent
- Your package is received into Cintrex AV, contents are inventoried, conversion process begins, and order status updates are available online
- Average turnaround is 2 weeks
- Pay with credit card or net 30 terms (terms need approval from Cintrex)
- Receive back your original contents, and new digital service product of finished project. Projects can be for media conversion, storage archival, or video editing and post-production services.
- We save all digital projects for 90 days in our network storage.
