DVD ISO Images - If you are having Cintrex make a DVD from the customer's contents, you should ask Cintrex AV for the DVD ISO image and save it locally in your store, or give it to your customer.   Whenver another copy is ever needed, you can burn a new DVD using the order's original ISO image.   You can store approximately 200 ISO images on a 1TB hard-drive, taking up less physical room than 200 copies of DVDs.
