For LightJar customers - backing up your media files stored in the Cloud onto Blu-ray discs provides an extra level of redundancy. Store the discs in your safe desposit box and they should last the next 30 years. Send share links to your collection(s) that you want backed up, and Cintrex will download the files, place them on Blu-ray discs, label the discs per your instructions, and ship them to you. The turnaround is 5 to 7 business days.
Digital files backed up to Blu-ray Disc. Pricing is $0.50 per GigaByte. Estimate the number of GB to place on a Blu-ray Data Disc, and enter this number in the Quantity Box. We will consolidate the transfer of digital files to the fewest number of discs needed. Organization and Information tagging will be done according to customer instruction.
If the actual number of GBs backed up is less, we will adjust your invoice down accordingly. If the number of GBs is greater than your estimate, we will contact you with the total number of hours and wait for your instructions before finishing the project. We do not collect your money until your job is complete and ready for return shipment.
We can receive your digital content destined for archived storage via web upload or UPS package shipment. For web upload, please note in the comments field of your order that you desire a web file transfer of your files, and we will provide a link to our file upload service. After order submittal and acceptance, you will also receive a link to a UPS label generator if you want to mail a package into Cintrex with original content. UPS shipping both ways is free on orders valued at $100 or more. The UPS shipping & handling charge is $7.50 on orders of $50 or more, and S&H is $25 on orders less than $50 in value.
Organization of content, and labeling the disc - Cintrex will follow your direction for file organization, information tagging, and labeling the Blu-ray Disc. Please include your instructions in the comments field, or with additional notes in the UPS package or file uploads.
